Executive Committee 

The Executive Committeee is a strategic body within the CPS, responsible for guiding policy development and resource allocation to enhance teaching and learning. 

Composition: 

The committee is chaired by the Director of the CPS and includes the following members: 

• The Deputy Directors 

• The Heads of Academic Departments 

• The Director of Administration 

Responsibilities: 

• Focus on strategic planning and resource allocation, including teaching staff.

• Initiate the development of new CPS policies for subsequent review by the Steering Committee, if required.
