Waggoners Square Dance Club

Welcome to

We are a dance club with around 50 members which meets weekly to enjoy the pleasure of Modern American Square Dancing. Our Club Callers are Simon and Trudy Fielding and we dance the Mainstream programme. (With effect from 1st September 2026 we will be dancing Mainstream 25)

We also enjoy occasional tips from our newer Callers, Penny Warner and David Hewitt.

In addition to the weekly dance programme the club promotes a Saturday dance each year, featuring a guest caller and inviting the participation of dancers from other clubs.

Graduated dancers are also welcome to come along to any club night.

We are happy to welcome new members to Waggoners Square Dance Club and last year we were joined by 10 new dancers.

We are hoping to teach a new group to Square Dance with us within the next few months.
