Rocky Roads
Made in Cindy's Kitchen, "Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard"
1 cup Peanut Butter
3 cups Butterscotch Chips
1/2 cup margarine
3 cups white minature marshmallows
Chopped Walnuts
Melts peanut butter, chips and margarine in a double boiler. Let mixture cool a bit before mixing in marshmallows. Line a 9 x 12" pan with waxed paper, spreading in mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts over top. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
