Stuffed Zucchini

These are amazing on the Grill. Sautee sweet onion in a wee bit of Olive Oil, added chopped tomato and Zucchini that had been scooped out & chopped, a bit of Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano & Basil to taste, cooking until soft. Into the scooped out halved Zucchini it went topped with some Light Old Cheddar Cheese to be placed on the Grill.
