Hot Artichoke Dip

Made in Cindy's Kitchen, "Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard"

1 - 14 oz can artichokes, drained and coarsely chopped
3 Tbsp Epicure Seasoning for Hot Artichoke Dip
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 cups light mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients.  Spoon into an oven proof dish/bowl; bake 20 minutes at 350*F or until bubbling, or heat thoroughly in a small crock pot.  A perfect dip or spread for bread or crackers.
