Chinese Chews

Preheat oven to 350*

Grease an 8" square cake pan.

Blend or sift together:

3/4 cup Purity Flour

1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

1/4 Tsp. Salt

1 cup sugar

Stir in:

1 cup chopped dates

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Beat until foamy:

2 Eggs

Blend with dry ingredients. Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350* Oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cook & cut into bars. Makes 24 Bars. 

NOTE: I dusted top of bars with icing sugar.
