Made in Cindy's Kitchen, "Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard", recipe as given to me by my Sister Donna.
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Margarine (or 1/2 cup, judging how "stiff" it seems; if using Extra Creamy Peanut you should not to use "extra" margarine)
2 1/4 Cups Icing Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Rice Krispies
Mix together and roll into balls. Place on waxed paper on cookie sheets overnight in fridge. Next day melt chocolate over double boiler, and dip each ball individually to coat; place back on waxed paper lined tray. Place in fridge to set, then in air tight container in fridge to keep.
NOTE: I melted 2 - 350 gr bags of Semi-sweet Chipits for 68 balls.
