Slow Cooker Beef Stew

1 lb or so chunked beef 

1 pkg Clubhouse au Jus Gravy 

Montreal Steak Spice

onions

celery

potatoes

Worcestershire & Soya Sauces

1 - 900ml Carton of Beef broth

Cornstarch/water to thicken

Method:

Put beef in crock along with Clubhouse gravy mix (mix well), give shake or so of Montreal Steak spice on top, Worcestershire Sauce and Soya Sauce; add beef broth, chopped onion, celery and sliced carrots. High setting for 3 hrs, then add cubed potatoes for last 1 or 1 1/2 hours (fork test potatoes).
