Salsa Dip Cheesy (Heated)

Made in Cindy's Kitchen, "Just North of Wiarton & South of the Checkerboard"

1 pkg. (250g) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1 lb. of lean ground beef, crumbled cooked & well drained of fat

1 jar of Salsa, your choice of mild, medium or hot (store or homemade)

1 cup (or more) of cheddar cheese

1 cup (or more) of mozzarella cheese

Lay in 9" baking dish in above order; heat thoroughly in preheated 350*F oven.  Serve with Tortilla Scoopers on the side.
