Sierra Cobweb 1000
2007
This ride was fantastic.
If you live anywhere in southern < namespace="" prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" xml="true">California, or your anywhere near California then this is the great summer ride. It starts in LakeIsabella and forms a big adventure loop in the Mountains. The perfect ride for the BMW GS’ers or any dualsport bike. Check out the photo slideshow and you will be hooked. < namespace="" prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xml="true">
This is an Adventure Bike Style ride. We will be riding 60% back scenic paved roads, 20% dirt forest roads, and as typical 20% Kevin surprise. The ride will be a little over 1000 miles in 4 days. We are all camping off our bikes with store and food stops each day. We will be cooking a couple of dinners ourselves.
As I typically do, I have given all the information you need to do the ride yourself. This includes a complete schedule, camping info, maps, GPS tracks or Tracklogs and restaurants . The maps can be downloaded in the slideshow.
So enjoy, and share the great rides!
