Ride description: This section is all rural paved roads through the Beach communities. Be sure to try riding on the sand, you will find that it is very soft and only light weight bikes are fun. The ride starts by taking the Ferry to Cedar Island. it is about a 2 hours and 40 minutes. Once back on land the route winds through a mix of farms and rural housing. Many folks still making a living off the land around here.
