Ride Signup: SAA 2015

If you have not received an ride invitation please fill out the application below in order to receive your invitation.
Note all applicants are screened based on their riding experiences, history and desires.
If you are interested in this ride, I recommend you fill out the Application early.
The cost for each rider is $350
Riders can reserve their spot on the ride by leaving a $100 deposit.
Rider limit is 50 riders
Full payment is due on or before May 15th, 2015

Note: Rider will need to make their own motel reservations. After ride signup riders will be given a motel list with contact information. Riders should make their reservations early as part of this ride is during the holiday season and motels can become sold out. Some secondary backup motels can be expensive.
FAQ:
Q: What do I get with my signup fee?
A: You will get a ride packet that includes a custom GPS SD card for your garmin gps. Full set of ride maps and full set of ride plans and daily ride descriptions. In addition you get to join us for this ride of a lifetime.
Q: Why do I require a ride invitation in order to get on this ride?
A: I am very interested in making sure that good capable prepared people join this ride. The Application for a Ride Invite is my process to allow new unknown rider to join us.
Q:Why is the price of this 2 week ride so abnormally low?
A: I wanted this ride to be about the ride not making money. I am trying to collect just enough money to cover my costs
Q: I am planning on coming with multiple people in my group, some will ride and some will not, how should I do the signup?
A: I just ask you to signup the people that will be doing the riding.
Q: What additional fees should I expect on the ride.
A: You will have to arrange for transport of your scooter to and from the ride and transportation of yourself. You will have to pay for your own motels and food. And of course you will pay for fuel for your scooter. There are some National Park entrance fees that will be required. And you are also responsible for any repairs to your scooter.
Refund Policy
Do not sign up for this ride unless you are serious about coming. I take your signup very seriously and start planning for you the minute you sign up. If you need cancel at up to one month prior to the ride start date I will give a full refund and be very dissapointed. If you need to cancel within one month of the ride I can not give a refund unless I can find a replacement rider. In the case of finding a replacement rider I will gladly give a refund. In the event of ride cancellation you will be given a full refund.
