God dares (Vol 4 No 3)
God stirs in every place,
At home and marketplace;
We are persuaded and assured by God’s embrace
That time and space
Can be enriched and thus enhanced by acts of grace.
God is the One who shares;
God is the One who dares
To feel our feelings through and through and then declares
“My loving bears
The wounds of Calvary – the cost for one who cares.
God is the One within;
And when our trials begin
God’s love surrounds us with the call to dwell therein;
When strength wears thin
In faith and hope and love we find the will to win.
In God we all are bound
In ways we find profound;
By hope, forgiveness, mercy, grace, our days are crowned;
True life is found
Abundantly, when love and gentleness abound.
