The workout above need to be done Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Copy the exercises from the videos and have fun!

The workout above need to be done on Tuesday and Thursday's repeat two times with one minute rest between.

It is very important to stay active and do regular exercises while at home. This will help you to maintain or improve your fitness levels, health and support your learning process.

The workouts from the links above are your assignments for the week, however you are not limited to that. This can be great possibility to do additional exercises and improve your skills such as:

  • hula hoop
  • jumping rope
  • throw and catch with sibling or wall
  • dribbling with hand or feet

Weekly task

Please follow the link, download the file and put your name as title, submit on Friday in the folder under your grade teacher;

Write the date of the activities that you have completed each day. Have a parent or guardian initial on the line of the activities you complete daily.

This need to be done on Friday.

You should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.

Why Be Active Quick Video

In understanding that not all equipment, time, resources, and supervision will be available to everyone at the same time, the following are a list of exercise choices and options! Each option has been assigned a point total. Students, by grade level, will be expected to complete their point goals for the day and use their P.E. or free time to work towards that goal for the week.

Activity Point Expectations twice a week:

  • 2 grade - 10 Points
  • 3 grade - 12 Points

Week 6 ( April 27 - May 1)

- The Balance Quest to be tried one time during the week, doesn't need to be in one go.

- The Catch Quest to be tried one time during the week, doesn't need to be in one go.

- Balloon Challenge - one time this week. You have P.E Exit Ticket for the balloon challenge (need to be submitted by Friday, 3 pm).


Week 7 (May 4-8)

You should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.

- The Emoji Fitness (to be done with sibling or parent) to be tried 2 times during the week.

- The Volley Quest to be tried one time during the week, doesn't need to be in one go.

- Star wars challenge (May the Force be with you). You have P.E Exit Ticket for the Star wars challenge (need to be submitted by Friday, 3 pm).

- Minecraft Fitness Challenge, do it 2 times during the week.

- The Hand Strike Quest to be tried one time during the week, doesn't need to be in one go.

- Sock Challenge. To be done by Friday 3 pm. You have P.E Exit Ticket for the Sock challenge.

Week 9 (May 18 - 22)

You should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.

- Favorite Character Fitness, do it twice this week.

- At Home Strike Quest to be tried one time during the week, doesn't need to be in one go.

- Toilet Roll Challenge. To be done by Friday 3 pm.

Week 10 (May 26 - 29)

You should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.

- Would You Rather Roblox Fitness, do it twice this week.

- At Home Kick Quest to be tried one time during the week, doesn't need to be in one go.

- Sock Challenge 2. To be done by Friday 3 pm.

Week 11 (June 1 - 5)

You should get at least 60 minutes of physical activity a day.

- Defeat The Super-villain Fitness Challenge

- Primary Fitness - by now you should be familiar with the exercises. If you are struggling to remember certain exercise, please search on Google or Youtube. Please use the video "Roll a dice" press stop and play button to roll the dice.
