KINDERGARTEN SCHOOL CLOSURE PLAN (NEW)

WEEK 3 (March 30-3 April)

Dear Students and Parents,

It is very important to stay active at home. Dancing is good for your health in lots of ways, from hearth health to improving your mental health by boosting your overall happiness. Dancing can also strengthen your bones and muscles. Participation is more important than perfection. The dance for this week is a very fun dance, and I am sure you are going to enjoy practicing. You are going to dance to the song – Get ready for Wiggle from Just dance kids. I am sending you a tutorial video. Students are not required to memorize the whole dance.

1. Play the video and Imitate the shown movements from beginning until the end of the song.

2. Repeat the dance following the video few times.

3. Try to follow the rhythm.

4. Practice 10 - 20 min.

5. Give your best, put energy and have fun :)

WEEK 4 ( April 6-10)

Same like the previous week, students will enjoy practicing a fun dance. You are going to dance to the song Koo Koo Kanga Roo – Dinosaur Stomp. Students are not required to memorize the hole dance, but it is important to practice the hole dance and stay active at home. If some of the students feel like they want to memorize the steps, they can do that.

1. Play the video and Imitate the shown movements from beginning until the end of the song.

2. Repeat the dance following the video few times.

3. Try to follow the rhythm.

4. Practice 10 - 20 min.

5. Give your best, put energy and have fun :)

6. Parents, if you like you can join your children and have a family dance party.

WEEK 5 ( April 21-24)

This week you are going to dance to the song – I like to move it. I will send you two different dance videos, and you can choose witch one you like more. One of the videos is fun Zumba dance, and the other one is from Just dance. If you like you can practice both videos.

2. Repeat the dance following the video few times.

3. Try to follow the rhythm.

4. Practice 10 - 20 min.

This week you are going to dance to the song – JUMP UP from Just dance kids. Students are not required to memorize the hole dance, but it is important to practice the hole dance and stay active at home. If some of the students feel like they want to memorize the steps, they can do that.
