Every Monday morning, I will share here the new information for on-line learning for the subject Macedonian Language and Culture. Students will also have the information in their Google Classroom for Macedonian Language & Culture - Grade 5.

- Our Google Classroom link: https://classroom.google.com/c/NjUyMzYyNTYzNDha. Check it on a daily basis;
- Please take a picture or video of your finished work or of you while working on each activity;
- After completing all of the activities provided for each week, please submit them. It is very important to keep track of your work while we are at home. You can do that in 3 ways:
1. Upload them directly in the folder on Google Drive, that I've created for each of you. Just open the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jJOvK7FbOHkzelMOY69jhWr2MD6EjUbG , find the folder with your name and upload them there.
2. Send me an email with attaching all photos / short videos / scanned documents (lidija.vangelova@nova.edu.mk) and I will upload them in your folder.
3. Upload the assignments in Google Classroom or share with me your on-going work in Google Drive.
- When you finish everything that was provided for each week of the home learning plan, you can go to the instructions for the next week;
- Important: Google Meet Class with me is every Friday at 13.30!
- Important: You should keep track on your finished work in the Engagement spreadsheet on a weekly basis.
- Parents, if you have any questions / suggestions / concerns, feel free to contact me by email (lidija.vangelova@nova.edu.mk) or if you would like to schedule a Google Meet, I will be available every Monday 10.30 - 11.30.

My dear students, we came to the end of the School year! Can you believe it?! At the end, since "THE END CROWNS THE WORK", I have an interesting activities for you! The guidelines for this period are:

Our Google Meet this week will be on Monday, June 1 at 12.30. We will discuss about the movie HONEYLAND (since we missed the last on-line class).

Your next task for this week is the Assignment that you've been looking forward: THE QUIZ about MACEDONIAN CINEMATOGRAPHY, which will be THE CROWN of our work in the last 3 weeks. The Assignment is posted in your Google Classroom:

Your last task for this school year is the KAHOOT game with fun and interesting questions from the last UNIT "A world of art and music", so it will include questions from the topics we've covered during this period: TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURE, MUSIC, TRADITIONAL INSTRUMENTS AND MOVIES. I promise you a lot of fun!
It will be posted in your Google Classroom during the weekend and the Due date will be June 10, when I will announce the winner!

Dear students, in the upcoming period you will deepen your knowledge about Macedonian Culture and Language, this time about Macedonian Movie Culture. During the following 2 weeks we will explore the Macedonian Cinematography, and become familiar with the biggest achievements in this part of the Macedonian culture.
The guidelines for this period are:

Our Google Meet this week will be on Monday, May 18 at 12.30. We will discuss about the beginnings of the Macedonian Cinematography and watch an interesting short video about it.

Your next task for this week is a new material: PRESENTATION about MACEDONIAN CINEMATOGRAPHY "Top 10 Macedonian Movies_Part 1", posted in your Google Classroom under the topic Macedonian Film Art, as a continuation of the UNIT "THE WORLD OF MUSIC AND ART:
1. Open the Presentation in "PRESENT" mode (in the upper right corner, next to SHARE button)
2. Go through all slides very carefully, reading everything, watching the trailers and learning the new Macedonian words
4. When you finish it, click on the "complete assignment" button.

The third task for the following period is to watch the Macedonian Documentary Movie HONEYLAND. The link for the movie (with English subtitles) is posted as an Assignment in your Google Classroom. All you should do is to open the link and watch this extraordinary movie..

Due to a double Public Holiday (St. Cyril & Methodius, the and Ramazan Bayram) in Macedonia, Monday, May 25th is a non-working day.
Instead of having a Google Meet today, read the article that is posted as an Assignment in your Google Classroom and learn some facts about the two Slavic educators, the brothers Cyril and Methodious (КИРИЛ И МЕТОДИЈ), that lived in the 11th century and are founders of the first Slavic alphabet.

Dear students, for this working week of on-line learning, we will continue with our Unit "The world of Music and art" and, as part of it, with expanding your knowledge on Macedonian Music Culture. For this week, we have again some interesting interactive activities. The guidelines for this week are:

Our Google Meet this week will be on Tuesday, May 5 at 12.30. Be ready for the KAHOOT game on the Macedonian Music topic. In order to be prepared for the game, review the last 2 Slide Presentations: Macedonian Music Culture and Leb i Sol, and open the links that are incorporated in the slides.
You will get the KAHOOT code at 12:25 or so.

Dear students, for this working week of on-line learning, as I promised to you, I have another interesting tasks for you. This week you will learn a few new facts about the Macedonian band Leb i Sol and you are going learn one of their songs that has become a bit of a cult song in the '90-ties. Here are the guidelines for this week:
1. Time 40 min.
- Your first task is to open the new Slide Presentation that I've prepared for you, and go through all slides in it. With this Slide show you will became familiar in more details with the most popular Macedonian rock band Leb i Sol. The Slide Presentation is posted in your Google Classroom, too.
- The last 3 slides are connected the song "Skopje" which you should listen several times (both versions) and try to memorize it.
2. Time 30 min.
Your next task is another fun activity, as a continuation of the previous presentation, which is your Assignment for this week and which is also posted in your Google Classroom. All you should do is open the link which is posted as an Assignment in your Google Classroom and follow the instructions. The Due date for this Assignments is Friday, May 1.

Dear students, for this working week of on-line learning I have a new and interesting tasks for you. During this week, we will learn something new about Macedoninan popular music and about some most eminent names in that field. These are the guidelines for this week:
1. Time 40 min.
Your first task is to open the Slide Presentation that I've prepared for you, and carefuly go through all slides in it. Read, listen, explore... You will became familiar with several very eminent names in the Macedonian Music Culture, from different genres. Also, it is important that you listen the music that I've included in the Presentation and it is preferred if you open the suggested web sites. The Slide Presentation is posted in your Google Classroom.
2. Time 30 min.
Your next task is another fun activity, as a continuation of the previous presentation, which is your Assignment for this week and which is also posted in your Google Classroom. All you should do is to take the Quizz, which is assigned to you in Google Classroom and subbmit it, no later than Friday, April 24
