1 GRADE PLAN FOR 2 WEEKS

1^st class

Dear Students,

The new dance that we are about to learn is a very fun dance. I am sure you are going to enjoy learning this dance. You are going to dance on the song - I like to move it. I am sending you a tutorial video. You need to learn, memorize and perform the dance. Start to learn the whole dance routine from the beginning of the video until 0:44 sec.

• Watch the tutorial video from the beginning – 0:44
• Imitate the shown movements and memorize them
• Repeat the steps until you are sure that you memorize them.
• Do the steps on music without watching the video.
• Practice 20min.

2^nd class

Dear students,

You are continuing to learn the dance routine from the previous video. You will need to learn the steps in the video from 0:45 01:23.

Just like the previous class, you will need to lean, memorize and perform this short sequence of steps. You also need to include the previous learned steps.

• Practice the previous steps
• Watch the tutorial video from 0:45-01:23
• Imitate the shown movements
• Repeat the steps until you are sure that you memorize them.
• Do the steps on music including the previous steps.
• Practice 20 min.

3^rd class

Dear students,

We are continuing to learn the dance from the previous video. You will need to learn the steps in the video from 01:23-02:00. Your task is to watch carefully the video, and learn the steps. Remember that by repining the steps multiple times, memorizing will come much easier. Make sure that you include the previous steps that you learned and connect with the new one.

• Practice the steps that you learned before ( previous 2 classes)
• Watch the tutorial video from 01:23-02:00
• Imitate the shown movements
• Do the steps on music including the previous steps
• Repeat the steps until you are sure that you memorize them.
• Practice 20 min

4th class

Dear students,

Now you have learned the whole dance. I want you to go step by step starting from the first until the last step, and try to connect all steps.

• Practice the steps from the first class
• Practice the steps from the second class
• Practice the steps from the third class
• Practice all steps in to one piece
• Practice the whole dance on the music
• Practice 20-30 min.
