School Closure Plans

Please take a picture or video of your finished work or of you while working on each activity;
After completing all of the activities provided for each week, please submit them. It is very important to keep track of your work while we are at home. You can do that in 3 ways:

1. Upload them directly in the folder on Google Drive, that I've created for each of you. Just open the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1B7a2eZPnsmnKFZXkjpvonJkq5LXMjGF3 , find the folder with your name and upload them there.

2. Send me an email with attaching all photos / short videos / scanned documents lidija.vangelova@nova.edu.mk and I will upload them in your folder.

3. Upload the assignments in Google Classroom or share with me your on-going work in Google Drive.

When you finish everything that was provided for each week of the home learning plan, you can go to the instructions for the next week;
Important: Google Meet Class with me is every Wednesday at 12.30!

May 25 - June 5 PLAN FOR ON-LINE LEARNING

Dear students, we came to our last topic for this school year. In the following period of 2 weeks, you will learn how to talk in Macedonian about your free time, your hobbies, to describe your favorite activities, but also to speak about other people's activities. Just follow these guidelines for the next 2 weeks: :

Our Google Meet this week will be on Tuesday, May 26, at 13.30. We are going to discuss about your favorite hobbies!

Time: 30 minutes

Your next task is to go through The Video Slide Presentation HOBBIES, which is attached in your Google Classroom:

Watch the whole video carefully;
Repeat the new words (the names of the different hobbies) after me;
Repeat the whole process twice;
When you finish, mark it as done.

Task: Interview 2 of your schoolmates

HOW?

Schedule an on-line meeting with them, by ZOOM, GOOGLE MEET or Hangouts;
Record the Meetings;
Using the following Questionnaire, try to find out as much as possible about theirs hobbies;
Choose 5 hobbies for one interviewer and the other 5 hobbies for the other interviewer;
Take notes in the form named Прашалник за интервју, that is posted in your Google Classroom under the Topic Free Time and HOBBIES
Write the results of the interview in the form.
Upload the videos and the filled forms (Questionnaires) to the Google Classroom Assignment;
I've attached a tutorial about how to upload a file to a Google Classroom Assignment, so your work is registered as DONE. It is very useful tool!
Don't forget to have fun doing this!

May 11 - May 22 PLAN FOR ON-LINE LEARNING

Dear students, for the following period of our on-line learning I have a new, fun tasks for you. During this period, you should continue practicing how to use Ordinal Numbers in Macedonian Language. These are the guidelines for the following 2 weeks:

1.

Our Google Meet this week will be on Tuesday, May 12, at 13.30. We are going to discuss important topics regarding your engagement and finish with the Presentations of your Projects! Looking forward to seeing you all!

Time: 15 minutes

Your first task is to go through The Slide Presentation about Ordinal Numbers one more time, which is attached in Google Classroom

Go through all slides carefully;
Review the names of the months;
Review the numbers in Macedonian;
Read the text on the Slide 3 about Maja's family carefully
Review the rules for ordinal numbers.

Your first Assignment for this week is the Questionnaire connected with the text about Maja’s family (it is on the 3rd slide in the Presentation about Ordinal Numbers);

Since Crossword Labs (the platform that I've been using) isn't really a setup where you can submit the results to me, all you should do when you finish it, take a screenshot and upload it in the Google Classroom Assignment.

WEEK May 4 - May 8 PLAN FOR ON-LINE LEARNING

Dear students, for this working week of on-line learning I have a new tasks for you. During this week, you should learn how to use Ordinal Numbers in Macedonian Language. These are the guidelines for this week:

Your first task is to go through The Slide Presentation, which is attached in Google Classroom:

First, review the names of the months in Macedonian, and go through all slides carefully. Ask me if you have any questions.

2.

Time - 15 min.

Your next task is another fun interactive activity regarding Ordinal Numbers, which is your Assignment on this topic, and which is also posted in your Google Classroom. All you should do is to choose the right number for each racer, drag it and drop it under that persons who was participating in the race.

3.

Time 45 min.

WEEK April 27 - MAY 1 PLAN FOR ON-LINE LEARNING

Dear students, for this working week of on-line learning I have something different for you. You won't have new Assignments, but you would be given a chance to check all your previous tasks since the School Closure, finish everything you haven't finished and finalize your Presentations. You should edit your info in the Engagement Spreadsheet, according to your finished work / assignments / engagement during Google Meets. Here is the list of the your tasks in order (starting from March 12):

1. The first 2 weeks (March 12 - March 27):

Draw the monster
Describe the monster
Memory _ clothes (matching + sentences) - Take picture or video and submit it!

WEEK April 21 - April 24 PLAN FOR ON-LINE LEARNING

Dear students, for this working week of on-line learning I have a new and interesting tasks for you. During this week, you should practice how to use properly the Future tense in Macedonian Language and to learn how to speak about the future plans and activities that are going to happen or WILL NOT happen in the future. These are the guidelines for this week:

1. Time 40 min.

Your first task is to go through The Slide Presentation, which is attached in Google Classroom:

The last slide is a list of questions in present and in future tense. Try to answer them in a simple Word document and submit it.

2. Time 30 min.

Your next task is another fun activity in Future tense, which is your Assignment for this week and which is also posted in your Google Classroom. All you should do is to choose the right verb for each sentence and use it in its correct form, but this time you should also use the Negative forms of the verbs.

3. Time 45 min.

Don't forget our Google Meet on Wednesday, April 22, at 12.30 for our third Virtual Class when you should present your Imaginary Families and run TV shows! Looking forward to seeing you all and listen your Presentations!

Dear students, with the new week, we have some new challenges for you. During this week you should dedicate some time to the subject Macedonian Language and Culture, using following guidelines:

2. Our second task for this week is to learn how to use Future Tense in Macedonian

WEEK March 30 - April 3 PLAN FOR ON-LINE LEARNING

For this week, you have 2 tasks:

1. The first task is: Practice asking questions in Macedonian Language. For that purpose, I've created an intersting interactive worksheet for you:
