INTRODUCTION AND COURSE OBJECTIVES

This course is designed to help students learn, identify and demonstrate basic movements and dance skills.

The students will:

• Be able to move in simple formations in space
• Be able to use time and rhythm while moving and dancing
• Respond to changes in tempo
• Recognize and participate in activities that develop balance and control
• Be able to recognize and perform dance choreography

Dress Code

• Wear NOVA P.E/ Dance uniform;
• Wear appropriate and clean athletic shoes;

Performances

Exit point : Circus dance (Octomber), Winter performance (december), Spring bazaar (may) and End of the school year performance
