We look forward to welcoming you to the 2026 NCI Intramural Scientific Investigators Retreat at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland on Wednesday, March 11. Please review the important logistical details below.

• Check-in: 8:00 a.m.

• Opening Remarks: 9:00 a.m.

• Reception: 4:45 p.m. (Library)

Please refer to the Hood College campus map for parking locations, Rosenstock Hall, and the library. Use this address for GPS.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION

If you indicated that you would use the shuttle, please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to departure. Shuttles will depart promptly and will not make return trips. Look for signage labeled “NCI PI Retreat.”

• NIH Pick-up Location: Kiss & Ride lot on South Drive (off Rockville Pike, across from Metro, main campus)

• NCI Shady Grove Pick-up: Main building entrance

Morning Shuttle

• Depart NIH Kiss & Ride: 7:30 a.m.

• Depart NCI Shady Grove: 8:00 a.m.

Evening Shuttle

• Depart Hood College: 5:15 p.m.

• Arrive NCI Shady Grove (estimated): 5:45 p.m.

• Arrive NIH Kiss & Ride (estimated): 6:10 p.m.

ABSTRACT BOOK

The abstract book is for internal use only and should not be shared. Please download or print a copy to bring with you, as hard copies will not be provided.

POSTER SESSIONS

If you are presenting a poster, please refer to the attached abstract book for your assigned poster number and board location.

• Poster board dimensions: 4 ft high × 6 ft wide (please do not exceed these dimensions)

• Thumbtacks and Velcro will be provided

• Poster Session: 1:10–2:40 p.m.

• • Presenting authors should remain at their posters for the full session.
