タイトル：水・衛生の価値を考え，その達成方法を考える

要旨：水・衛生はMDGsおよびSDGsに挙げられてきた国際課題ではあるが，低・中所得国の現場では，スマートフォンは持っていても衛生的なトイレを持っていない場面が散見される。本発表では，ベトナム，バングラデシュおよびマラウイでの資源循環型ドライトイレプロジェクトおよびザンビアでの住民参加型水・衛生アクションリサーチを取り上げ，水・衛生の価値とは何なのかに着目しつつ，その解決のためのアプローチを探る。

Title: To achieve Global WASH based on the values of the WASH

Abstract: Water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) is a global challenge that has been targeted in both the MDGs and SDGs. However, many people in low- and middle-income countries, in reality, have smartphones but do not have sanitary toilets with proper excreta disposal. Based on resource-oriented dry sanitation projects in Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Malawi and a community-participatory WASH action research in Zambia, I will discuss potential approaches to addressing the global WASH challenge, focusing on the values of WASH.
