The maximum hold time for bagged chips is 24 hours.

Set Up
Gather a bin of freshly cooked tortilla chips, chip bags, and a 24 oz scoop.
Portioning Chips
Place (2) heaping scoops of chips in a chip bag.
Fill the Bag
A properly filled bag of chips should look like the picture above.
Fold and Crease
Fold and crease the bag once, as shown in the picture above.
The chips are now ready to be served for dine-in, or carryout.
