Thawed Verde
Start with a fully thawed bag of Verde Salsa, (2) 1/6 pans with lids, and a bag opener.
Open the bag
Place the bag of Verde in one of the 1/6 pans for stability. Using the bag opener, carefully open the corner of the bag.
Pan up
Split the bag of Verde Salsa into two 1/6 pans. Then place the lids on top.
Label & Date
Place a prep label on the side of the pan and cover with plastic wrap and/or a plastic lid.
Store in the walk-in cooler, or under the front line.
When storing, remember to practice FIFO.
