Quick Recipe
1 8lb bag of Raw Steak
1 tub of Steak Marinade
1/4 cup Cold Water
24 hr min marination
72 hr max marination

Set up
Gather a stainless steel half pan, one 8lb bag of steak, 1/4 cup cold water, and one tub of steak marinade.
Open the Steak Bag
Use a small knife to open the bag.
Add Steak
Place steak in a stainless steal 1/2 pan leaving as much blood behind in the bag as possible.
Add Marinade & Water
Add one tub of marinade and 1/4 cup of cold water to the steak pan.
Thoroughly mix with gloved hands for approximately 2 minutes.
Marination
Allow the steak to marinate for a minimum of 24 hours before cooking.
48 hour marination is optimal.
72 hours maximum marination.
Label & Date
Place a prep label on the side of the pan and cover with plastic wrap and/or a plastic lid.
Store in the walk-in cooler, or on the top of the raw table.
When storing, remember to practice FIFO.
