Gather Bottle Pieces
Gather the 3 parts to each bottle that is needed.
1- Bottle
1- Bottle Lid
1- Bottle Bottom
Bottle lids vary based on the sauce in the bottle.

Put the Bottom on
Prior to adding any sauce to the bottles make sure the bottom lid is on and securely tightened.
Failure to put the bottom lid on will not only cause a mess but waste food cost.
Fill the Bottle
With the sauce of choice fill the required amount of bottles.
Put on the Lid
Remember the lid used is based on the sauce that is in the bottle.
Label & Date
Place a prep label on the side of the Bottle.
The label added may be a new print or a previously printed sticker depending on the sauce you are bottling.

Store in the walk-in cooler, or under the front line.
When storing, remember to practice FIFO.
