Immersion Blender

The immersion blender is used to make salsas and sauces.

Clean the blade with a scratch pad, or metal scraper.

Note: You may remove the cutting blade by loosening the two screws shown in the picture above.

Use a scratch pad to clean the can opener thoroughly. Remember to scrape the blade to clean off any debris.

Don't forget to clean the can opener's base plate.
