Storage Prefered
Place cookies on a shelf in the dry storage area of your restaurant.
Dry storage shelf life is 30 days.
Storage Optional
Place cookies in the freezer for storage.
Refer to the use-by date on the case for shelf life, not to exceed 365 days.
No Walk-In Storage
Do not place cookies in the walk-in cooler.
Doing so will greatly reduce the shelf life and quality of the cookies.
Display
Display cookies near the POS and in the POS surround for customers to purchase.
Dry storage shelf life is 30 days.
When displaying, remember to practice FIFO.
