Store Frozen
Product will arrive frozen and should be placed in the freezer.
Follow expiration date on the original case packaging.
Walk-in Thaw
To thaw place the case in the walk-in and date.
Brownies thaw in 24 hours in walk-in cooler.
Product is good for 14 days in refrigeration.
Display
Display brownies near the POS and in the POS surround for customers to purchase.
Room temperature storage shelf life is 4 days.
When displaying, remember to practice FIFO.
