Set Up
Gather all parts of the Nemco slicer.
Table/Cut board base
Secure the base of the Nemco slicer to the table or the cut board with the suction cup feet.
Safety Guard
Place the safety guard on and in the pin.
Slicing Guard
Place the slicing blade shield on.
Slicing Wheel
Carefully insert the slicing wheel into the unit.
Caution Sharps!
Locking Pin
Insert the locking pin in the side of the slicer.
Safety Pin
Insert the cotter safety pin in the side of the slicer to hold the locking pin into the unit.
Calibrate and Use
The Nemco slicer is now ready to be calibrated and used.
