Prepped Food Walk-in Setup

Separate products by product type and group like items together.

Make sure that all prepped items have lids, or plastic wrap, on them.

Make sure to follow FIFO rotation. Put newer products underneath, or behind, same products.

Make sure that all prepped items have complete labels with date and shelf life information facing out.
