The Raw (loading) Table next to the grill is used to transfer raw Steak and Chicken quickly and easily to the grill.
The top section of the Raw Table should contain one full pan of Chicken and two half pans of Steak.
The cooler below the top section may be used to store extra full pans of raw Chicken only, following raw safety guidelines.
DO NOT STORE STEAK INSIDE THE RAW TABLE COOLER.
