Online Orders

A complete online order chit will print at the POS.

Tape the order to the POS table and circle any drinks as a reminder for yourself and the person picking up the order.

At the point of order printer, chits will print for each item on the order. Start orders no more than 15 minutes prior to the 'Order Ready' time on the chit.

Before starting to make an item, read the entire chit for any add-ons or special instructions. Take the chit with you as you move down the line making the product.

Once the product has been made, tape the item chit to the item as shown above. This will help customers identify each item when they receive the order.

Place all items from the order in a carryout bag. Then tape the complete online order receipt from the POS to the bag.

Place the bag on the online order pickup rack. When a customer comes to pick up the order, make sure to ask for the name on the order to confirm that it's the correct order.
