Wash: Slicer
Submerge the slicer in the wash sink. Use a towel, or brush, to clean off any food debris.
Rinse: Slicer
Submerge the slicer in the rinse sink.
Sanitize: Slicer
Submerge the slicer in the sanitizer sink for 60 seconds.
Air Dry: Slicer
After soaking in the sanitizer for 60 seconds, remove the slicer from the sink and allow it to air dry.
Wash: Base
Wash the cutting board base in the wash sink.
Rinse: Base
Rinse the cutting board base in the rinse sink.
Sanitize: Base
Submerge the cutting board base for 60 seconds in the sanitizer sink.
Air Dry: Base
Allow the cutting board base to air dry.
