Set Up
Gather one bag of Spicy Sauce and a stainless steel 1/6 pan, 6" depth.
Add to a Pan
Use a bag cutter, or kitchen shears, to cut a corner of the bag and pour the desired amount of sauce into a 1/6 pan.
Store any unused product in a pan with a lid. Label and date for 7 days.
Placement
Place a 1/6 pan in the retherm and cover it with a solid lid to maintain moisture.
Be sure to mix/stir the spicy sauce every 5 to 10 mins to promote even heating and to help keep the sauce from separating.
This will also help to speed up the heating process.
Prevent Separation
Use an immersion blender to mix the heated spicy sauce for 2 minutes.
This will help prevent separation.
Line Placement
Place spicy sauce in the hot table as shown above, using the double pan method. Stir often to avoid separation.
