Original Container
When prepping sauces, you must label the original containers as you open them.
This applies to gallons and jugs of Ranch, Jalapeno Ranch, Mango Habanero, Teriyaki, Taco (enchilada), Chipotle Tabasco, Cholula, Straight Habanero, and some LTO sauces.
Number of Stickers
Refer to the Sauce Shelf Life Chart for the number of bottles each container of sauce will make.
Print Stickers
Use the prep labeling system to print the number of labels you will need for the sauce you're prepping.
Storing Extra Stickers
After labeling the bottles you need, attach the remaining labels to the original container as shown above.
