In Food Studies, students build capacity to make informed food choices and develop an understanding about food security, food sovereignty and food citizenship. Students develop understanding of food while acquiring skills to take ownership of food decisions and eating patterns. Students examine debates about global and Australian food systems, focusing on issues about the environment, ethics, technology, food security and food wastage.
