The Woodwind Program offers students the opportunity to learn instruments such as the saxophone, flute, clarinet, and oboe, developing both technical skills and musical expression.
Lessons focus on tone, technique, sight-reading, and improvisation, while encouraging creativity and a lifelong love of music.
Students can participate in jazz combos, senior and junior bands, and whole-school productions, gaining experience performing solo and in ensembles. The program provides a supportive environment where students can explore a variety of musical styles, collaborate with peers, and experience the excitement of performing both individually and as part of a group.
