Welcome Back!

Did you finish your BILL of MATERIALS?  If not, you have 15 minutes of work-time right now.  If it is not done by then, your entire group is required to come in for 1st CONNECT and FLEX until it is completed.  This is due by the end of the day on THURSDAY.  No Exceptions.  We order the wood on Thursday after school.

SHOP SAFETY

One of the most important things you need to know when working in a Shop environment is how to be safe.  This is your #1 PRIORITY, and we take this VERY SERIOUSLY.

To that end, you will now begin your Shop Safety Training by following the steps below.

Step 1:  Log in to your BB9 account

Step 2:  Select STEM U (If this is your first STEM-U Course, see Mr. Heuser ASAP.)

Step 3:  Select STEM Outdoors tab along the left side

Step 4:  Select the Shop Safety Module - General Shop Safety.

              This one needs to be completed via BB9, and turned in to Mr. Heuser 

              when finished.  You MUST score a 100% before moving on to the next module.

Step 5:  Work through the resources below to complete ALL Shop Safety assignments.

Deadline for Shop Safety Training completion is FRIDAY February 10, 2017.

SHOP SAFETY TRAINING is our primary focus.  We want you to be SAFE as you develop your woodworking skills.  

Marketing and Advertising will also come into play in future lessons.  

Our lumber and materials should arrive shortly, and then construction will begin as long as your entire team is done with Shop Safety.
