Open a New Photoshop Document (8" wide X 10" tall)
Resolution should be 72
Find the "Brush Tool" and click on it to activate it
In the upper-left corner of the screen, Configure the "Brush Hardness" to 0 and "Brush Size" to 25
Write your first name across the document
Re-Configure Your Brush Hardness to 50
Re-Write your name below the first one that you wrote
Re-Configure Your Brush Hardness to 100
Re-Write your name below the second one that you wrote
Look at all three of your writings. REFLECT on what you see.
What do you notice about the way they look? (Look closely) How does the "Hardness" of the Brush Tool impact what you see on screen? Use the Text Tool and write 3-4 sentences about your Reflection on how the Brush Tool works, and how you might use it in this class. This should be done at the bottom of this document.
Once you finish, save this file as "your name" on your school drive. (the one that starts with your last name. You may now go on to the next activity.
