Promotions, Give-Aways, & Theme Nights
Everybody likes free stuff...and you can get people to come to your Game/Concert/Event by offering them free stuff as an incentive to attend.
This is in addition to Merchandise ("merch") sold at the venues team store or in the concourse areas.
Oftentimes these are mentioned in a full schedule or promotional schedule, and then expanded upon in a separate ad. See an example below:
These theme nights usually involve a pop-culture theme and a high-end give-away. THEME NIGHTS LINK
The Milwaukee Brewers have been running Theme Nights for several years. By giving fans a premium item as a promo, it attracts more fans to the game that would not normally be there. These fans also spend money on parking, concessions, and more. In the end, revenue is increased because of the promotion.
When examining the promotion above, you'll notice several parts, including:
Title of the Promotion (top) (Marvel Super Heroes Night)
Copy is all the small text that describes the promotion in detail
Picture of the Promotional Item (Captain America)
Details--including the Day, Date, & Time (Saturday, April 21, 6:30pm)
Opponent (Miami Marlins)
Ticket Prices (The better the seat, the higher the price!)
Your Turn! - Create 4 Promo Descriptions
You will create 4 different Promo/Giveaway Descriptions, similar to the Marvel Super Heroes Night shown above. All six parts of the Promo Description should be present.
These 4 designs should be completed using Adobe Photoshop or Canva. See Mr. P with any questions about your 4 designs. Each design should be its on file. Sizing of the design is up to you.

If you choose an Event/Convention, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Your event is 4 days long. Each day you will do a special Promo/Giveaway. Try to match this with guest that may be at your convention/event that day.

Tickets usually range in price from $25-50 per day. You may also want to create a 4-day pass with special pricing.
