Now lets log-on to http://www.edutyping.com/ and get started.
1--In the upper-right corner of the screen, click on the orange/yellow button that says "STUDENT".
2--Enter the License ID - "lindho500"
3--Enter your Username .
4--Enter your Password
If you don't think you are going to make it, C'mon in to the Lab during 2nd CONNECT or
during FLEX. Spend 10 minutes working on it now, finish the rest before FRIDAY.
Weekly Progress: By the end of the week, you should be done with the 12th activity (1-10 Reinforcement) - due by end of the day on Friday.
Warm-Up - Cursive Writing
Many students do not know or understand cursive. This class will help you learn the cursive writing style in just 5 lessons. See the images below, click on them, and download them (full-size) into notability. Complete the practice pages as shown below the cursive alphabet....
Newsletter Project

WORLD TRAVELER BROCHURE Project
This week we will be using Microsoft Word to create a Tri-fold brochure that is double sided.
Your brochure will feature five cool vacation spots from around the world. You can also utilize your iPad and PHOTOSHOP MIX (Self-Service) or a green screen App to super-impose yourself into one of your photos for each location. See the project brief below for complete details.
Deadline = Friday April 5, 2019.

About Microsoft Word and SAVING on a PC as opposed to Google Docs/Drive....
Organization and Folders are always a good idea
You have a Home Directory/Drive, known as your H: Drive
Your H: Drive starts with your last name or User ID
Your H: Drive is where we will save all of your work
You must SAVE your work, it will NOT automatically save for you
Microsoft Word is similar to Google Docs, but has many more features and advanced tools
You can upload files from your H: Drive to your Google Drive and you can download files from your Google Drive to your H: Drive. It works both ways
Don't forget to save. If you do forget, no crying or whining, simply re-do the work.
