Forgot My Password or Change My Password

If you forget your password, contact a site administrator within your organization. There isn't a "I forgot my password" process that allows you to do this yourself.

If your site administrator has enabled it, you can change your password. Float your mouse cursor over your name in the upper right corner of any page and select My Profile. On the profile page, select Actions menu, Change Password.
