Case Notes Block

Displays the case notes entered on a case/matter.

An alternate way to display case notes: Case Note List block.

Configuration Options

• View Only - this option must be selected if this block is used on a form instead of a profile page.

Below is a comparison of how notes look displayed by the Case Notes block (first/left image) and the Case Note List block (second/right image).

• The Case Notes block (left) always displays the full body of each note. The Case Note List block (right) collapses long body text and displays an expand triangle.

• Both blocks can be used on different tabs on a case profile to increase user satisfaction.
