This block can display the Rejection Reason field and/or the LSC Matters Referral Reporting Code field on a form.
This block can display the Rejection Reason field and/or the LSC Matters Referral Reporting Code field on a form.
This block is usually placed on the auxiliary form that is called by the Reject auxiliary process. Although you can hide the Rejection Reason field in configuration options, most organizations will want to display this field and collect this information.
The Reject form is also part of the two step Refer and Reject process that is typically available for prescreens. If the referral organization selected on step one has a value set for "Default LSC Matter Rejection Code", then on step two, this block will default the LSC Matter Referral Reporting Code field to that organization's setting.

Show Reject Reason - this option will display a required dropdown field with the list of Reject Reasons you have defined in Admin/Lookups.
Show Closing Code - this option will display a required dropdown field with the list of LSC Matter Referral Reporting Codes that you have defined in Admin/Lookups.
