Add Document Block

Allows a file to be uploaded and optionally a Title for the file entered.

Configuration Options:

• Show "Documents & Folders" Heading

• Show Folder Selection Yes/No:

  • Yes - displays a dropdown list of folders on the form

  • No - shows inside the configuration "Automatically Create Folder" - select Yes to fill in the folder Name

• Show Folder Link
