Client Addresses - US and Non-US Addresses
A site can allow clients to have standard US addresses or international addresses.
The Address International block supports this.
The Address Extended block also provides this capability. It has a configuration option to prompt for a Country and will use a Postal Code field that accepts letters and numbers instead of the Zip Code field if the country selected is configured to use the non-US address format.
For both blocks, administrators configure the lookup values for the Country field in Admin > Lookups > Countries, although the defaults are likely sufficient. Each country has a value that indicates if the address displayed should be in US or non-US format.
For Address Extended, administrators will typically want to enable the "Address History Editing Uses Country" setting on the Admin > Process Settings page as well. This displays the Country field on the static address edit form.
