Level of Service Block

The Level of Service block displays the fields needed to add a new Level of Service record to a matter.

Bare Field Element: You can use the Level of Service field on a form to display the current level of service. NB: If you allow the value to be edited, the current level of service is changed, but a log of the change is not created like it is with the block.

Configuration Options

• Default Start Date to Today

• Hide everything but the Level of Service — hides Start Date, End Date, User, and Notes.
