This block is designed to replace the side bar element when viewing a case.
This block may not be available on older sites. If you want to play with it but don't have it, file a ticket from your site asking that it be enabled.
Example case with the side bar and Snapshot New element enabled:

Edit and add this block directly to your Main Profile, and any profile views on your site, as desired. Unlike the Snapshot New element, it is not added to the Side/Actions section on profile pages.
As the name implies, this block is typically the first element on a profile, but often after any alerts blocks used.
