Document List Block


Designed for use on profile pages. Displays the top level folder for a case, a list of any documents in that folder, and any subfolders created for the case.


Optionally displays the the Recommended Documents and Email Templates lists. This option is not recommended. Use the Recommended Documents block instead.


Related: There is a Documents list view element that displays a list of all documents/files uploaded to a case. It displays a list instead of tree folder view.


Configuration Options:

  • Show Subordinate Case Documents

  • Show Recommended Tab

  • Recommended Tab Title - text box

  • Show Email Tab

  • Email Tab Title - text box

  • Show Note Field Select - displays a dropdown that allows temporarily changing the display to show a column for Created By, Creation Date, File Size, Last Update Date, or Title. The default column is Created By.
