I see myself as a global educator passionate about treating pupils fairly. No matter their background, I will treat all my students equally. Other than that, I will promote respect and understanding of diverse cultures to build a sense of unity and reduce prejudice. For example, I would include lessons on global traditions and history and encourage the students to learn about other cultures. Then, I will help students develop critical thinking skills to shape their understanding of sustainability by guiding students to critically organize debates on global issues and encouraging students to view topics from diverse cultural or political viewpoints. Moreover, I would like to include digital tools in the classroom to make my lessons more engaging and exposed to the students familiar with the digital tools. For example, I use the projector so students can see the video or images very clearly and make them feel the new experiences. This method I think would be beneficial in rural areas because they are not exposed to any digital tools. In conclusion, I hope education is accessible to all students, enabling them to participate in a global society.
